(If these image files are hard to read on your computer, because they look too small or too big,
One copy of the proposal is at the West Roxbury branch library for reference,
download the files and use an image viewer, or print the files.
IrfanView is a great little free program for working with images.)
another copy can be checked out.

The redevelopment of the former Decelle building is a very
important matter for the neighborhood.
The complete proposal must be made
locally available.
It should be posted to the Internet.
It should also be
available at the local library: A reserve copy, and a copy that can be
checked out overnight.
The comment period should not START until the full
proposal is effectively available locally. (And it would be quite
unfortunate to have the official local meeting until we have had an adequate
opportunity to review the proposal in detail.)
I hope that all the
relevant detailed zoning and master planning information for that area of Centre
Street is also available online -- without that, it would be hard to consider
any such proposals in appropriate context.
